A special thank you to Andrew and his wife. They are genuinely kind people who care about their customers and their business. Their dedication really shows, and it’s one of the reasons I’ll continue to be a loyal member. If you’re looking for a clean, well maintained reliable, and customer-focused car wash, this is the place to go!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Queen's Car Wash is hands down the best car wash in the New Bedford area. For just $40 a month, you get 8 washes and can choose between their Soft Touch or Touchless wash each time, which is an incredible value. The wash quality is outstanding, and you can really tell they use premium Simoniz chemicals because my car always comes out looking spotless with a great shine. The vacuums are separate from the wash packages, but they're very affordable and have excellent suction, making it easy to finish the job. They also have self-service wash bays that are perfect if you enjoy giving your vehicle a more detailed clean yourself. What really sets Queen's Car Wash apart is the ownership. They're friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. Whether you have a question or need help with an issue, they're quick to make things right. Between the excellent prices, convenient location, high-quality equipment, and outstanding customer service, this is my go-to car wash. If you're looking for a place that takes pride in what they do, support this local business—you won't be disappointed, and your car will thank you!

The car wash is fine. However, there have been multiple times I’ve gone to get a car wash and have been unable to do so without any warning. I pay for unlimited car washes so it feels unfair that I can’t access at 24/7 like advertised. It wouldn’t even be that big of a deal if there was warning, but I have wasted lots of time now I’m driving there just to not be able use it. I pulled up today to new kiosks that are not compatible with the existing app. A few weeks ago it was closed for 3 or so days to be repaved. Very frustrating and disappointing as a loyal custom with 4 separate vehicles on my unlimited plan. Edited to add: the change in kiosks was an unannounced massive change in pricing. You only find that out when you roll up and the kiosk won’t work, so you’re forced to call for help. Only at that point are you notified of the change! Crazy! I understand they need to make a profit, that is not the issue. The issue here is the lack of communication. It feels deceptive. I hope they will do better going forward.

Nothing like being a retired combat vet trying to celebrate the Independence Day with style finding out that you just wasted $10 on a car wash that doesn't allow you to actually wash it. Figures the one time I actually use a debit card which has a minimum of course I come to find out that the soap brush doesn't work and so all I can do is rinse my car just like I could have done at home with my own hose. I spoke up for you guys before but this is the second time in a row that there's been something missing as far as service goes.

They redid the touchless bay it’s amazing. It does a phenomenal job of washing and drying the car. It actually has an arm that goes back and forth and actually dries your car. Not like a lot of touchless washes that has you drive out slow and stops working before you even go out. Others 10 out of ten for me. After the rough weather we had it did and amazing job.
